1) Pay attention to your coach at all times.  They are trying to help.

2)  Attend all training sessions and games and if it is not possible then let your coach know in plenty of time.  All positions are voluntary at the club and it is extremely annoying, and very rude, when players just do not turn up without explanation.

3) Be supportive of your team mates, even when they make mistakes.

4) Do not argue with the Referee.  If you have an issue then address them as 'Sir' and ask politely for an explanation.

5)  For each match players at ages U13 and up must attend wearing a shirt and club tie.

6) Above all, enjoy your Rugby.  There is no other team game quite like it.
