To start the new season Long Buckby Youth Section have taken delivery from Nigel Horton of a Ruck / Maul and Scrum machine from Predator.
For those coaches who turned up on delivery day a master class was given by Nigel on how to get the best out of the kit.
The beauty of the kit is the players' rucking technique can be monitored and improved; foot positioning, head placement, use of arms, lift and drive technique, body height, body angles, leg speed.
The machine is suitable for all ages from under 10's to Duncan Frankland (older than most).
We have to thank all those people who bought Saints Cash Back tickets last year as without their support we would be unable to invest in youth rugby at Long Buckby.
